Vibrant! Apartments

Bremik Construction built Vibrant! Apartments, a 12-story, 96,000 sf building that provided 93 affordable housing units, 40 reserved for houseless families. Located in the highly desirable Pearl District in Portland, Oregon, the building included a community room, indoor children’s play room, laundry facility, bike storage, roof deck, 18 parking spaces, and two elevators. The project was built to Earth Advantage Gold standards for sustainability. We exceeded the client’s 20% DMWESB utilization goal with 28.2% total participation.
