Bremik Construction and LRS Architects delivered Magnolia II, which is adjacent to the occupied Magnolia Apartments. The four-story, 46,000 sf Magnolia II Apartments added 50 affordable housing units to Portland’s inner NE neighborhood. The scope included ground-level parking and common areas, such as a patio and outdoor play area. The client’s 20% DMWESB utilization goal was exceeded with 39.9% total participation.
