Magnolia II Apartments

Built adjacent to the existing and occupied Magnolia Apartments, the completion of Magnolia II added 50 more units of affordable housing to Portland’s inner NE neighborhood. The four-story, 46,000 sf new apartments include three-bedroom units, an indoor play area, and outdoor playground, making the building appealing for families with children. Additional amenities include a ground floor resident services office, community laundry room, and 1,000 sf common area maker space for residents to work on projects and participate in classes and workshops.
