Project Manager
Manages project and project team to ensure projects are constructed within the budget and schedule and to the quality standards of Bremik Construction. Fosters project team relationships and the development of their direct reports.

Architecture, or equivalent industry specific experience - Minimum three years of Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager experience
Project Engineer
Project Engineer
Integral part of a Project Management Team. Works closely with the Project Manager, Superintendent, and Project Administrator in the management, coordination and documentation of the Company’s projects. Is developing skills and experience to progress to Assistant Superintendent/Assistant Project Manager.

- Is detail oriented and analytical

- Developing leadership skills
- Developing confidence in making sound decisions in a timely manner

- Basic understanding of project scheduling, specifically understanding critical path activities
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Project, and Vista
Education/Experience Required:
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering Management, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent industry specific experience
Project Superintendent
Project Superintendent
Responsible for all on‐site project supervision and management, development of overall project approach and schedule, documentation and coordination of all project activities to ensure projects are safely constructed within the given budget and schedule, all to the quality standards of Bremik Construction.

Talent Acquisition & Outreach Specialist
A Talent Acquisition & Outreach Specialist is a professional responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company’s long-term goals; onboarding new employees and promoting communication, training, and career growth of existing employees.
Job Skills:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify company staffing needs
- Have a keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
- Development and refinement of job descriptions
- Source potential candidates
- Receipt, review, and vetting of resume submissions
- Exceptional ability to assess and identify top talent
- Nurture relationships with candidates
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate candidate interviews and follow-ups
- Develop long term recruiting strategies
- Planning and participating in career outreach events
- Proficient with applicant and customer tracking/management systems
- Work with recruitment agencies to establish contracts, finalize deals, and coordinate backfill efforts for immediate needs.
- Understands industry trends
- Excels in hiring best practices including documentation compliance
- Excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with other across various departments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Support managers in employee performance evaluations, data collection, and refinement
- Further the company’s outreach and participation goals
Experience:
- Two (2) years’ experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar full cycle recruiting role
- Familiarity with candidate engagement via professional networks such as LinkedIn
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
- Experience in A/E/C industry is not required but preferred
