The Marilyn Apartments

Bremik Construction and LRS Architects delivered a 57,000 sf, brick- and metal-clad, 59-unit building that included private balconies, a top floor lounge and patio, ground level retail, and 22 parking spaces. We self-performed nearly 30% of the project scope, including structural concrete, wood-framing, and the installation of windows and bathroom accessories. The footprint of The Marilyn Apartments covered the entire property site, making logistics challenging. This required scheduling just-in-time deliveries and close coordination with the city.
