Hattie Redmond Apartments

Bremik Construction and SERA Architects delivered Hattie Redmond Apartments that provides 60-units for displaced residents in the Albina community. The 34,000 sf, four-story, wood-framed structure, along N Interstate and the MAX Yellow Line, included a community room, laundry facilities, bike storage, common kitchen and pantry, outdoor plaza, dog run and rooftop terrace, and resident services to support tenant career development. The client’s 30% DMWESB utilization goal was exceeded with 53.5% total participation.
