Hattie Redmond Apartments

The Hattie Redmond Apartments provides 60 permanent supportive housing (PSH) apartments targeted to individuals who have experienced homelessness. The 34,000 sf, four-story, wood-framed structure includes a community room, laundry facilities, bike storage, common kitchen and pantry, outdoor plaza, and resident services to support tenant career development.

All units in the building are targeted to individuals who have experienced homelessness and request culturally specific services for African Americans, with the goal of reconnecting displaced residents to the Albina community.
