Following a thorough preconstruction period, Bremik Construction and Scott Edwards Architecture delivered two independent living facilities licensed as either residential or intermediate care. The four-story building of 66,670 sf contained 35 units while the three-story, 39,600 sf building provided 32. Both buildings were constructed with post-tensioned concrete podium and wood framing over 30,000 sf of underground parking. Continuous coordination with a neighboring development was necessary.
