Madrona Grove Supportive Living and Schroeder Lofts is part of Rose Villa’s Phase 3 of upgrades, additions, and improvements to its 22-acre campus.

The 39,600 sf, three-story Madrona Grove building provides a skilled nursing facility and a small-home model residential care facility with 32 private resident rooms. Amenities include a café open to the public and common living and dining spaces that open onto an outdoor living room with a fireplace. The third floor is dedicated to administrative offices, conference rooms, and a large breakroom.

The 66,600 sf, four-story Schroeder Lofts contains 35 resident homes, a medical health clinic, a multi-use recreation room, and a resident-run second-hand shop called Treasure House. The campus’ child development center, called Rosebud, anchors the ground floor of Schroeder Lofts’ north end and provides childcare for up to 36 children. The program includes adjacent playgrounds, including one within the enclosed Madrona Grove Garden.

The 30,000 sf underground facilities include parking, commercial laundry facilities, garbage services, kitchen storage, and equipment storage along with MEP infrastructure.
