Viewfinder Apartments

A DJC 2022 Top Project, the Viewfinder is a 87,000 sf, six-story, multi-family residential building. The post-tensioned concrete and wood-framed structure, designed by Scott Edwards Architecture, included an elevated courtyard, play area, community rooms, covered/uncovered parking, and building services offices off the main lobby. This LEED Gold Certified building brings 81 units of affordable housing to the Tigard Triangle area. The client’s 20% DMWESB utilization goal was exceeded with 31% total participation.
