Viking Sprinkler’s foundation was sinking, and the historical building’s façade was falling apart. Bremik completed an extensive remodel and expansion for their preexisting office space. All new finishes were installed, and the layout was reconfigured to improve flow and create a distinct welcome area. All office renovations were completed while the adjacent 13,000 sf fabrication shop was fully occupied and active, requiring careful coordination of deliveries, machinery, and entry points.

To stabilize the 1943 building’s foundation, Bremik installed helical underpinning and grade beams, in addition to removing and replacing the existing slab. Significant improvements were made to the deteriorating exterior, including patching cracks, applying new paint, adding an ADA entrance installation, and installing new windows. Landscaping and general site improvements were also completed to revitalize the building’s overall presence.
