Clackamas County Bank

The two-story, 9,200 sf Clackamas County Bank in Gresham was constructed to address the bank’s expanding needs. The mass timber and brick building now provides the financial institution with 12 private offices, drive-up tellers, and a semi-private community room with adjoining balcony. Site work included a 27-stall parking lot and associated landscaping.
