Office Tenant Improvement
The 5,600 sf Viking Automatic Sprinkler Company’s office was reconfigured to improve flow and create a distinct welcome area. Originally built in 1943, the building required helical underpinning and grade beams to be installed to replace the deteriorating foundation. Renovations to the façade included patching, new paint, and new windows along with an ADA entrance. All office renovations were completed while the adjacent 13,000 sf fabrication shop was fully occupied and active, requiring careful coordination of deliveries and entry points. Finally, landscaping and site improvements revitalized the building’s exterior.
