Bremik Construction teamed with MDG Architecture to modernize Viking Sprinkler’s 1943 historic office building. Helical underpinning and grade beams were installed to replace the deteriorating foundation. The 5,600 sf interior received all new finishes while the layout was reconfigured to improve flow and create a distinct welcome area. Renovations to the historic façade included patching, new paint, and new windows were added along with an ADA entrance. All office renovations were completed while the adjacent 13,000 sf fabrication shop was fully occupied and active, requiring careful coordination of deliveries and entry points. Finally, landscaping and site improvements revitalized the building’s exterior.
