The Beacon

The Beacon is a four-story, 84,000 sf development, blending retail and creative office spaces. This notable landmark offers retail spaces at the street level, two levels of co-working office space above, and a 250-person event center at the top level with views overlooking the valley and Mt. Hood. The location features a total of 90 parking spots, divided between ground level and a single underground level parking structure. After the shell was completed, our team was tasked with the build-out of a 27,000 sf office for CENTRL and 2,000 sf retail space for Lola’s Market.
