The Silica

Located on bustling North Williams, the four-story, 35,000 sf commercial office building included three levels of build-to-suite office space, a lobby, indoor parking garage, and retail space. The site was formerly home to a single-story, un-reinforced steel fabrication shop, a history referenced in Silica’s steel and heavy-timber construction. The building featured an aluminum curtain wall system with operable windows, concrete floors, tongue & groove wood ceilings, exposed glu-lam beams and columns, outdoor patio area, and a green roof. The ground level contained two retail spaces, 20 vehicle parking spaces including 13 spaces in a two-level, semi-automated parking system and internal bike parking.
