Silicon Valley Bank – Portland Office Tenant Improvement

The 5,200 sf office tenant improvement for the international investment firm, Silicon Valley Bank, included new walls, doors, casework, and finishes to create two closed office spaces, a conference room, and multiple common areas to encourage collaboration. Located on the second floor of an active commercial building, the rustic design was complemented with high-end finishes and furnishings. The scope also included new railings to the existing, 1,100 sf mezzanine space.
