A tenant improvement to an existing shell at the Historic Bank Block, previously renovated by Bremik Construction. The new Mirador Magazine office, designed by GBD Architects, is 11,600 sf on the 10th and 11th floors, connected with the installation of a circulation stair. In addition to multiple open office areas and conference rooms, the completed office included employee amenities, such as a large breakroom and game area.
