Mirador Tech Office Tenant Improvement

The new Mirador Tech office included a 11,700 sf tenant improvement to an existing shell on the 10th and 11th floors of the Historic Bank Block building. In addition to connecting both floors with a circulation stair, the completed space included closed office spaces, multiple open office areas, five conference rooms, and employee amenities, such as a large breakroom and game area.
