Bremik Construction teamed with LRS Architects and a northwest utility provider to renovate and replace the existing resource center in Vancouver, Washington. The project included a complete renovation and seismic upgrade of an existing pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) and complete demolition and construction of a two-story office building. Site improvements included hardscaping for parking reconfiguration and upgrades for enhanced security and resiliency.
