Vancouver Resource Center

The project included a complete renovation, seismic upgrade, and addition to an existing pre-engineered metal shop building and complete demolition and construction of a new, 8,200 sf pre-engineered, two-story office building. The 3.6 acre site also included three more pre-engineered buildings and 10″ thick, 470′ long ultrablock lock & load retaining walls along the north side of the sloped site.
