Estacada Resource Center

The Estacada Resource Center redevelopment projects spanned the 52-acre campus to support hydropower plants on the Clackamas and Willamette Rivers. The scope included a phased demolition of seven structures, followed by the construction of five buildings and a remodel to another in order to consolidate, and modernize operations. The five new structures included a 7,500 sf wood-framed crew quarters and control center; a 4,800 sf pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) vehicle storage garage & all-campus backup generator building; 11,000 sf PEMB fabrication and machining shop; 5,000 sf PEMB electrical and wood shop; and a 5,000 sf PEMB vehicle maintenance shop. We implemented a multi-phased approach since the facility needed to remain occupied during construction.
