Warrenton Resource Center

The project included five, 82,000 sf pre-engineered metal buildings, featuring a 4,400 sf main office building, 7,700 sf vehicle storage and warehouse building with five drive-thru shop bays and truck washing equipment, a vehicle storage garage, material storage sheds, and fuel island with canopy and truck washing pad. The entire 5.3 acre site also included a surface parking lot and landscaping.
