Northwest Public Utility Provider, Warrenton

Bremik Construction teamed with LRS Architects to design and build multiple pre-engineered buildings (PEMB) totaling 82,000 sf for this public utility provider in Warrenton, Oregon. The site now features a 22,500 sf office building with high windows, private offices, open workspaces, kitchen and other employee amenities. Additional buildings included a warehouse, storage sheds, and fuel island. The five-acre site received all associated hard- and landscaping.
