Portland Warehouse Expansion

The new Leatherman Warehouse is a 66,500 sf, one-story concrete tilt-up building designed for shipping, receiving, and office operations. The facility includes 38,000 sf of warehouse space, a 10,900 sf shipping area with truck loading docks, and 6,600 sf of industrial space. An additional 11,000 sf of office space is distributed across the first floor and mezzanine. Site work feature an 84-stall parking lot to support employees and visitors.
