Bremik Construction delivered an extensive multi-phased improvement to a five-acre utility campus, which required 46,000 tons of back-fill to bring the site to an accessible grade. We coordinated with environmental consultants and the Department of Environmental Quality to remove the existing contaminated infrastructure with a new stormwater facility. We also installed 9,000 sf of pre-engineered buildings (PEMB) such as utility sheds, vehicle storage, and fuel station. A subsequent phase for a new office building, designed by LRS Architects, is underway.
