Portland Resource Center

The Portland Resource Center project included an extensive multi-phased improvement to a five-acre utility campus that required 46,000 tons of back-fill to bring the site to an accessible grade. Multiple pre-engineered metal buildings were constructed, including utility sheds, a vehicle storage garage, and a fuel station.
