Northwest Public Utility Provider, Lincoln City

Bremik Construction teamed with LRS Architects to deliver 21,000 sf of pre-engineered buildings (PEMB) for a public utility provider in Lincoln City, Oregon. The project included a main office building with private offices, open workspaces, and employee amenities, a warehouse, storage sheds, fuel island, and 500 linear feet of retaining walls. Hardscaping provided five acres of parking and included associated landscaping.
