Saltwood North Apartments

Saltwood North is a full block, mixed-use development in Portland’s Slabtown neighborhood. The six-story project features 177 apartments with ground floor retail below and two levels of underground parking. Saltwood North offers many unique amenities for the area, including a fitness center complete with a spa, cool dip pool, steam room, and sauna. The sixth floor plays host to a rooftop deck and large, shared gathering space.
