North County EMS Station 52

Bremik Construction is working with Hennebery Eddy Architects to replace an emergency medical services station on a 2.8-acre site on Fargher Lake. The existing structures, well, and drain field were decommissioned and removed to make way for a 4,500 sf, one-story, wood-framed facility with two apparatus bays, support space, fitness and laundry rooms, and living quarters for three. Our team is nearly finished installing metal and cedar cladding, pouring slab-on-grade concrete around the building’s perimeter, and installing gypsum board inside.
