Following Bremik Construction’s completion of the adaptive reuse renovation of the historic Washington High School, we were contacted to complete tenant build-outs of shell space, including an office for MWA Architects. The 10,500 sf space consisted of a variety of wood finishes, including a 9Wood ceiling system above the main conference and office areas, along with a large wood decorative wall at reception.
