MWA Architects – Office Tenant Improvement

MWA Architect’s new office project included the renovation of an existing, 10,600 sf office space located on the first floor the historic Washington High School. The scope included new walls, doors, casework, and finishes for four conference rooms, four team collaboration spaces, a model room, and partitions for open office space. Various wood finishes were incorporated, including a 9Wood ceiling system above the main conference and office areas, along with a large wood decorative wall at reception. The project also included the installation of new mechanical and electrical systems to support the renovation needs.
