Northpoint Wealth Management Headquarters Tenant Improvement

The new Northpoint Wealth Management Headquarters project involved a 5,000 sf tenant improvement to the second story suite of an existing, 11,600 sf, two-story office building. Interior upgrades were made to create a fresh reception area, a concealed wet bar behind a panelized garage door, ten enclosed offices, a spacious conference room with unique ceiling panels, and a fitness center. Additionally, minor enhancements were made to the exterior, including ADA upgrades to pathways and the parking lot, a façade modification, and structural upgrades to the floor framing.
