Mid-Columbia Community Action Council (MCCAC) Navigation Center

Bremik Construction is often called upon in the early stages of a project to evaluate various options so an owner can make informed decisions. On MCCAC’s new Navigation Center in The Dalles, the owner wanted a building that would be well received by the community and be economically feasible. The architect initially presented two options—one with a center courtyard and one without. Based on our high-level budgeting of both options, the client chose the more cost-conscious option and excluded the courtyard.
