Gloria Center, Navigation Center and Shelter Housing

The Gloria Center is comprised of free standing, noncongregate emergency shelters and a navigation center that co-locates several non-profit agencies. The project is a partnership of public and private agencies with the goal to address the shelter and service needs of the most vulnerable and at-risk community members. The shelters are given a permanent location at the center, in a fully landscaped site, providing comfort and security in emergency housing situations. The navigation center hosts several non-profit agencies that provide essential services, streamlining access for the community and improving operational efficiency for the providers.
