Lewis & Clark College, Law School

Bremik Construction completed a 4,400 sf tenant improvement to modernize three buildings on the Lewis & Clark College law school campus. The 2,000 sf Legal Research Center received new finishes, furniture, and lighting. At the Boley Law Library, four offices totaling 700 sf were added within the stacks while the 1,200 sf circulation desk was remodeled. Flexibility was added to Wood Hall by adding partition walls to the existing 500 sf floor plate. All work occurred while the buildings were occupied.
