Kaiser Permanente, Care Essentials Remodel

Bremik Construction and ZGF delivered the remodel of Kaiser’s Permanente’s 1,700 sf Care Essentials, located on the ground floor of The Cosmopolitan in Portland’s Pearl District. Improvements created a lobby, two exam rooms, and consultant office. The express clinic now serves the needs of patients who require routine daily care or have minor health issues.
