Kaiser Permanente, Tanasbourne Remodel

Bremik Construction completed a 40,000 sf remodel to the first and second floors of an occupied medical office building. The scope of work included infrastructure improvements and build-outs to create offices for dermatology, behavioral medicine, and physical therapy. PKA Architects incorporated the history of the area into the lobby design, which featured a wood canoe with painted oars. A café was added as a central gathering space and colorful artwork is splashed throughout the building.
