Tanasbourne Medical and Dental Office Remodel

The Tanasbourne facility received a full 40,000 sf remodel to the first and second floor of the existing, occupied medical and dental office building. The remodel included infrastructure improvements and tenant build-outs for dermatology, behavioral medicine, and physical therapy. The lobby also received a modernized facelift featuring a wood canoe with painted oars. A café was added as a central gathering space and colorful artwork is splashed throughout the building.
