Following the generational trend of wanting everything to be quick and accessible, Providence has started to open express retail clinics throughout the Portland metro area. The 900 sf suite in the Pearl District neighborhood consisted of a tenant improvement within an existing six-story office building and offers two exam rooms to assess and treat a variety of medical needs.
