Global Payments – Office Tenant Improvement

The new Global Payments Portland office project included 7,700 sf of interior tenant improvements to the new space located on the second floor of a six-story office building. The first-generation shell required the build out of new walls, doors, casework, and finishes for seven closed offices, six conference rooms, and 3,400 sf of open office space. The project also included the installation of new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
