Burnside 26 Apartments

Bremik Construction completed Burnside 26 Apartments, a four-story, mixed-use building, constructed with wood framing over a post-tensioned concrete slab. The sustainably designed 118,000 sf project had 135 apartments, a central courtyard, 1,100 sf of retail space, and 51 underground parking spaces. Amenities included a rooftop terrace and community room, secure bike storage and maintenance room, and a pet wash station.
