Located next to the Laurelhurst neighborhood in east Portland, the five-story mixed-use facility serves to transition the commercial zone to a residential neighborhood. The sustainably designed project has 135 apartments with an open central courtyard, 1,100 sf of retail space, and 51underground parking spaces. Amenities include a rooftop terrace and community room, interior bike storage/maintenance and wash, and a pet wash station.
