The Cameron Apartments

Located on the same block as 11 Marché Apartments, the Cameron Apartments is an eight-story, post-tensioned concrete and wood-framed building with a steel and brick façade of red and blond brick to add visual appeal. The structure added 83 market-rate units to the University District, located near the Portland Streetcar and TriMet MAX. The units are unique spaces with a variety of floor plans for studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments. Amenities included large windows providing natural light, a fitness room, and courtyard.
