Demolition of existing structures, sitework, and renovation of the existing farmhouse to be utilized as the new leasing office and manager’s living quarters. New construction of 60,000 sf adds 56 units of affordable workforce housing to Newberg, Oregon. The development contained several legacy white oak trees of significant cultural value that needed protection to help achieve Earth Advantage Gold. Additional sustainable design considerations included advanced framing, green roof areas, under pavement storm water drainage system and retention.
