Deskins Commons

Bremik Construction demolished the existing multi-family structures, completed necessary sitework, and renovated an existing farmhouse to be utilized as the Deskins Common’s leasing office and manager’s living quarters. The new construction of 60,000 sf added 56 units of affordable workforce housing to Newberg, Oregon. Several trees of significant cultural value were protected to achieve Earth Advantage Gold. Additional sustainable design considerations included advanced framing, green roof areas, and an under pavement storm water drainage and retention system.
