Woodard Campus Middle School Tenant Improvement and Addition

The Woodard Campus Middle School project consisted of a remodel of two existing single-story wood framed buildings totaling 7,100 sf that are connected to a new, 8,000 sf PEMB addition. This building houses six classrooms, a special education classroom, administration offices, and a multi-purpose room. The Woodard Campus Middle School was constructed on the site of the old satellite Reynolds High School campus.
