Woodard Campus Middle School

Bremik Construction and Soderstrom Architects have teamed to deliver the new Woodard Campus Middle School, which will be built on the site of the old Reynolds High School. The project will consist of a remodel to a 7,100 sf, one-story, wood-framed building that will be connected to a new, 8,000 sf, pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) addition. This building will house six classrooms, special education, administration, and a multi-purpose room. Additionally, a remodel of 1,500 sf will provide additional space for district offices. Site upgrades will include the expansion of the septic system, hardscaping to improve pedestrian circulation and parking, new stormwater management systems, and landscaping.
