Timberline Lodge Historic Preservation Projects

Bremik Construction has been the partner of choice for this historic hotel for over two decades. Over this time, we have been involved in multiple projects including the following:

Pool and Deck: Renovation of existing heated, year-round pool and spa deck with a full seismic upgrade and new sky bridge from the west side hotel vestibule.

Repair and Maintenance: Various projects to maintain the roof, pathways, building siding/stonework, loading dock, attic ventilation, and windows as well as upgrades to the structure for seismic strengthening while preserving the historic lodge.

Mezzanine Remodel and Expansion: Provided additional space to accommodate the growing restaurant capacity at the Day Lodge.

Timberline Lodge was constructed during the Great Depression as part of the Works Progress Administration. It was dedicated by President Franklin D. Roosevelt on September 28, 1937 and is only one of 17 National Historic Landmarks in the State of Oregon.
