Parrish Middle School Remodel

Working with BRIC Architecture, Bremik Construction remodeled 102,500 sf to update classrooms and create a new entrance with secure vestibule. Classroom renovations required the relocation of administrative offices. A new corridor was built to connect two classroom wings and new windows were installed in the library. Seismic upgrades were made to the auditorium, commons, gym, library, and original classroom wing. All architectural and seismic upgrades were phased to allow construction to occur during school hours with minimal impacts.
