Southeast Portland Bowling Alley

An intensive remodel was completed to deliver the 41,000 sf KingPins. The project required a full demolition, including removal of a drop ceiling. All bowling lanes were replaced, a full restaurant with commercial kitchen was added, an arcade was installed, and a new bar included a VIP area with eight exclusive lanes.
