Mt. Scott Medical Office Building Improvements

The occupied medical office building received major infrastructure upgrades and a roof replacement. Infrastructure improvements included a full HVAC replacement, lighting and suspended ceiling replacement, fire protection improvements, nurse call replacement, paging system improvements, structural upgrades, and a finishes overhaul. The project was completed over multiple phases with a nine-month duration and little impact to ongoing clinic operations. Bremik shortly after was hired to replace the roof and windows throughout the facility.
