Kaiser Permanente, Mt. Scott Remodel

Bremik Construction completed the design-build and construction management services for infrastructure improvements to a medical office building for Kaiser Permanente. The remodel included structural upgrades that were completed over a multi-phased, seven month schedule, with little impact to daily operations. HVAC was replaced along with the lighting and a suspended ceiling. Fire protection and paging systems were improved and new finishes installed.
