North Lancaster Medical Office Remodel

The 70,000 sf medical building located in Salem received a full remodel while the space remained occupied, necessitating 26 phases as well as night and weekend work. The building features a pharmacy, eye care clinic, cafe bar, blood draw lab, x-ray imaging, and laboratory. The renovation included new casework, flooring, painting, ceilings, and light fixtures.
