East Gresham Elementary School

Bremik Construction worked with DLR Group to replace a 57-year-old elementary school with a 76,000 sf, two-story facility constructed with tilt-up concrete and steel. The school included 24 classrooms, flexible learning spaces, a media center, music room, cafeteria, covered outdoor play area, gymnasium, and parking. We self performed the concrete and interior finish carpentry. Permitting was delayed by two months but the project was delivered on-time regardless.
