Boones Landing Medical Office Building

The two-story, 19,800 sf medical office building featured two contrasting Cascadian Architecture facades to complement the City of Wilsonville’s downtown redevelopment design standard. The interior houses four separate tenant spaces, two on each floor, which is home to the Boones Landing Dental Center and West Chiropractic and Wellness. Site improvements included landscaping and a 65-spot parking lot.

Bremik Construction led the Boones Landing Medical Office Building project from conceptual design to final completion within 10 months.
