Bremik Construction and Scott Edwards Architecture were brought on by the world class winery, Willamette Valley Vineyards, to implement their outpost tasting room concept, allowing them to connect with additional communities with four regional locations.

Tenant improvements to the Vancouver location delivered 4,200 sf for guests to enjoy food and wine pairings in either a spacious indoor dining room with lounge seating or a heated outdoor patio with spectacular views of the Columbia River. Custom banquettes, a walnut wood bar, signature illuminated barrel booths, a glass wine wall display with blending system, and arched ceilings to resemble a wine barrel are among the unique design features for guests to enjoy.
