Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center

Bremik Construction has begun work on our second healthcare facility for Virginia Garcia Memorial. An existing facility in Newberg, Oregon, will receive a 13,100 sf renovation and 9,600 sf addition on the north and south sides to expand medical and dental clinics. Additionally, a wellness center and rooftop lounge will be added for improved staff and patient comfort. The LEED Silver Certified, state-of-the-art facility will provide patients with a nutritional cooking test kitchen, pharmacy, optical clinic, family medicine exam rooms, provider offices, blood draw labs, and a community garden.
