OnPoint Community Credit Union

Bremik Construction completed tenant improvements to rebrand multiple locations of OnPoint Community Credit Union. In six months, we delivered 10 branches with locations from St. Helens to Albany. The design called for new finishes in lieu of a more costly demolition and rebuild. Existing infrastructure was utilized, requiring casework and furniture to be designed and integrated with existing elements. Costs associated with freight and logistics were reduced by selecting materials that subcontractors could purchase in bulk and store, allowing for simultaneous installation. To contribute to reaching sustainability goals, doors, hardware, lights, and sound systems were reused.
