Mountain Park Community Center Renovation

The 44,000 sf, two-story renovation of the occupied community/recreation center including a complete replacement of the mechanical system, new lap pool, recreational pool and spa, new gymnasium and exercise room, new elevator, and upgrades to the balance of the facility. The project was executed in three phases: the first phase involved demolishing the existing pool and conducting additional excavation for the new pool; the second phase focused on constructing the pool, mechanical room, and natatorium infrastructure; and the final phase included a remodel to provide administration and community spaces, as well as basketball courts.
