Canopy by Hilton

Bremik Construction built a new 91,000 sf hotel, Canopy by Hilton, which was constructed with post-tensioned concrete slabs and wood framing to add 11-stories and 153 rooms for guests visiting Portland’s Pearl District. Amenities in this stylish, LEED Gold Certified hotel included a café and bar, restaurant, an indoor winter garden, conference and meeting spaces, and fitness room.
