Portland Pearl District Hotel

The 91,000 sf hotel was constructed with post-tensioned concrete slabs and structural steel to add 10-stories and 153 rooms for guests visiting Portland’s Pearl District. Amenities in this stylish, LEED Gold Certified hotel included a café and bar, restaurant, an indoor winter garden, subterranean conference and meeting spaces, and a rooftop fitness room. The hotel’s design integrates the old and new neighborhood structures and purposefully incorporates a palette of exterior materials that complement the Pearl District’s freight and warehouse past.

The Canopy by Hilton Portland Pearl District Hotel was the Hilton Hotels & Resorts first West Coast property of their new boutique hotel brand, integrating high-end, locally inspired design.
