Lake Oswego Tasting Room

Bremik Construction was brought on by the world class winery, Willamette Valley Vineyards, to implement their outpost tasting room concept, allowing them to connect with additional communities with four regional locations.

The Lake Oswego location is Willamette Valley Vineyard’s first installation and included a build-out of 3,850 sf to provide wine storage and retail, a commercial kitchen, and spacious dining rooms with high-end finishes and details. A signature glass wine wall display, walnut wood bar, and illuminated barrel booths are a consistent backdrop throughout the four locations.
