Westview High School, Pride Plaza and Secured Vestibule

Westview High School will receive various upgrades including a 2,000 sf existing office relocation, 3,200 sf renovation of the existing main office, and approximately 1,700 sf of new concession stand and ticket booths at the school’s football field.

The two-story buildout of the main entrance will include an extended vestibule to accommodate additional administrative spaces, including offices and reception space on the main floor and sky bridges to new conference room spaces on the second floor. Existing admin offices are to be remodeled to provide additional new spaces as well.

The Pride Plaza upgrades will consist of constructing a 600 sf CMU concessions building, two 300 sf restroom buildings, and two new ticket booths on each side of the stadium. Various site improvements will be made around the track and football stadium including new retaining walls, concrete stairs and ramps. Lastly, the football field turf will be replaced.
