Cornelius Clinic and Wellness Center

The Cornelius Wellness Center is Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center’s first built-to-suit facility, providing their patients with state-of-the-art healthcare and wellness facilities. The health center originally operated under four separate buildings on the property, which was demolished to pave way for a 36,000 sf LEED Silver Certified facility. The ground floor is dedicated to the community with multi-purpose space used for wellness classes and a teaching kitchen. The clinic, located on the second floor, is organized in four distinct care suites to provide a smaller care team approach for each patient. The center provides the community with an array of services and includes a pharmacy, optical clinic, medicine exam rooms, provider offices, and a blood draw laboratory.
