Built on the corner of Southwest Laurelwood and Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway, this 2,000 sf fire station is the first of its kind in the Portland Metro area, as well as a prototype for future TVF&R stations. The fire station houses up to two emergency response vehicles and two EMT’s in order to provide targeted services to medical emergencies.

The project included replacing the existing storefront windows with new apparatus bay bi-folding doors, and an interior build-out of an exercise room, kitchen, office, bathrooms, and lounge area.
